The Use of Symbolism in Charlie's Angels 2: Full Throttle
by Lindsey Baylor
CA2: FT is a very symbolic
movie. Symbolism is prevailing throughout. For
example, Demi Moore's character is symbolic of evil.
When the Angels are washing the porshe, the porshe is symbolic
of the riches that await you when you do good. Do you
remember the irish guy? His name was Seamus. He
is symbolic of Ireland and the conflict that is currently
tearing the country apart with the rebels and the uprisings.
The Thin Man is back, and he is symbolic of the way you can't
get rid of somethings. In the movie, the Angels and
Demi Moore are after the halo ring. Finally, the halo
ring is symbolic of the ring in Lord of the rings, about how
one simple circle can change all of mankind. If one
were to look closely at Charlie's Angels Two: Full Throttle,
one can imagine all of the symbols you could see by watching.
